Servings: as many as you can cut 😆

Ingredients: 6 eggs

Heavy cream

Butter(2sticks)

Shredded hash browns

Onions (red)(1)

Garlic powder(1tsp)

Salt & pepper

Green & Red peppers(1 each)

Green onions(1 stalk)

Cheese (16oz) about 2cups or 1 package

And whatever protein your heart desires. I used ham at my clients request.

Detailed Steps: 1)melt 8 tablespoon of butter. Mix 4 cups hash brown, one egg , and melted butter in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

2) put hash brown mixture into pie dish or springform pan. Pressing down to make a crust. 3)Cook at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 mins or until golden brown. Remove when done

4) cut up veggies into squares or dice.

5) add 2 table spoons of butter to a pan and add in veggies and protein mixture. Cook until veggies are tender.

6) add protein and veggie mixture on top of hash brown crust

7) sprinkle with cheese

8) whisk 5 eggs and 1cup of heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. When done pour over cheese in pie pan or spring form pan.

9) to garnish, sprinkle green onions on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35mins
