Crafting the Perfect Homemade Turkey Burger: First, for the star of the show: the turkey burger. Forget those dry, bland versions you might have had. The key to a truly flavorful and moist turkey burger is in the seasoning and not overcooking. I usually start with lean ground turkey, around 93/7 for a good balance of flavor and leanness.
