High Protein Bowl That Slaps
End of the week protein bowl that slapped, so I had to share 🍽️✨
This is my go-to when the fridge is full of random leftovers and I need a quick lunch or dinner. Throw it all in a bowl, make it make sense, call it a win. Easy, filling, and high-protein 🙌
What went in mine tonight:
🥓 6 mini Amylu chicken breakfast sausages (about 24g protein)
🌶️ PuraVida foods Fajita-style veggies
🌱 Shelled edamame
🍚 ~¼ cup leftover wild rice
🧀 A sprinkle of freshly shredded cheese (use whatever you love)
🥑 ½ an avocado
🧈 Cooked everything in 1 tbsp grass-fed butter for extra flavor and topped with avocado & fresh cheese.
