rice paper “mochi” à la vanille — banane & dattes

ingrédients

115 g (1/2 tasse) de yogourt grec

40 g (environ 1/2 tasse) de protéine à la vanille (j’utilise @Promix Nutrition — code COOPS10)

2 dattes medjool, dénoyautées

1/2 banane, tranchée

1 feuille de papier de riz

instructions

dans un petit bol, mélangez le yogourt grec et la protéine à la vanille jusqu’à obtenir une texture lisse et épaisse.

humidifiez rapidement la feuille de papier de riz avec de l’eau jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit souple, puis déposez-la sur une surface propre ou une assiette.

aplatissez les dattes avec les doigts et disposez-les au centre de la feuille de papier de riz en les faisant légèrement chevaucher pour créer une base.

ajoutez environ 6 tranches de banane uniformément sur les dattes.

déposez le mélange de yogourt par-dessus et étalez doucement.

repliez les 4 côtés du papier de riz pour bien refermer la garniture.

placez au congélateur pendant 30 à 40 minutes, jusqu’à ce que la texture soit ferme et chewy.

coupez en morceaux ou dégustez tel quel.
