Never pick up a used car seat.
It could be expired like this one but also if you don’t know the history of the seat, it’s not safe. It could’ve been involved in a crash, washed incorrectly or poorly maintained, all of which can make a seat unusable.
If you’re taking a family members car seat that isn’t expired that’s different, but not random seats where you don’t know the history.
