Garlic Butter Salmon with Creamy Cheesy Penne Pasta Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

* 2 salmon fillets

* 1 tbsp olive oil

* 2 tbsp butter

* 1 tbsp minced garlic

* 1 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning

* 1/2 tsp garlic powder

* 1/2 tsp onion powder

* 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

* 1/4 tsp black pepper

* 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

* 1 tsp lemon juice

* 1 tsp honey or brown sugar, optional for a glossy glaze

* 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions:

1. Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.

2. Season both sides with Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Place salmon in the skillet and sear for 4 to 5 minutes on the first side until golden brown.

5. Flip salmon and cook another 3 to 4 minutes, depending on thickness.

6. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, honey or brown sugar if using, and parsley.

7. Spoon the garlic butter glaze over the salmon until glossy, buttery, and slightly caramelized.

8. Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.

🍝 Creamy Garlic Parmesan Penne Pasta

Ingredients:

* 8 oz penne pasta

* 2 tbsp butter

* 1 tbsp minced garlic

* 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

* 1/2 cup whole milk

* 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

* 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

* 1 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning

* 1/2 tsp garlic powder

* 1/2 tsp onion powder

* 1/4 tsp black pepper

* 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

* 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, optional

* 1/4 cup reserved pasta water

* 1 tbsp chopped parsley

* Extra parmesan cheese, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Add penne pasta and cook until al dente.

3. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain pasta and set aside.

4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

5. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

6. Pour in heavy cream and whole milk. Stir until smooth.

7. Season with Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and crushed red pepper flakes if using.

8. Let the sauce simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

9. Add parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Stir until the sauce is thick, creamy, cheesy, and smooth.

10. Add cooked penne pasta to the sauce.

11. Toss until the pasta is fully coated. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce gets too thick.

12. Garnish with parsley, cracked black pepper, and extra parmesan.
