... Read moreTilapia is a popular fish choice due to its mild flavor and flaky texture, making it an excellent canvas for various seasonings. Additionally, Parmesan cheese adds a rich, savory layer that enhances the overall taste. When preparing this dish, ensure the tilapia is fully thawed if frozen, and don’t skip the step of patting it dry to achieve the optimal crispiness of the panko crust. Baking at 425°F is crucial, ensuring a balance between cooking through and developing a golden brown crust without overcooking. Consider pairing this dish with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Furthermore, variations on the seasoning blend can introduce new flavors – feel free to experiment with herbs like thyme or dill for added zest.
