Mizuna with sesame seeds
◼ (for 2 people)
Mizuna: 1 bag
Roasted sesame seeds: 3 tablespoons
Sugar: 1 tablespoon tablespoon
Strong soy sauce: 2 tsp
Salt: a pinch
◼ ︎ How to make

Wash mizuna thoroughly with water and cut off the dirty part of the root. Boil water in a pot and add salt when it boils. Put mizuna in hot water and blanch for about 2 minutes.

Take it in cold water and squeeze the water tightly, then cut it into 4 ~ 5cm width.

Mix Add sesame seeds in a mortar. Add sugar and soy sauce. Add mizuna while loosening the leaves and mix to blend in.
