Vegetarian Week Prep 🥦🌱🥑

Hi guys!! ✨

Here are all the things I preped as a *newly* vegetarian. I am so exited to start this chapter of my life! I have been on a caloric deficit for the last 4 months but I think something that is hindering my process is meat. I think I get too bloated from it and my ezcema is just getting worse and worse, so I am giving this a try ☺️!
