Upside Down Peach Cake
One night I was laying awake 😂😂…thinking I’ve never had many peach desserts. Other than peach pie. I was thinking how much I love upside down pineapple cake, and my mom went to an orchard and bought 3 pounds of peaches. So I just thought “what would happened if I combined them!!” 🤔
And let me tell you SOOOOO FREAKING GOOD!
What you need:
5-8 peaches (depending on how big and how much you want)
1 vanilla cake mix (i cheated)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup of butter
Other ingredients on back of cake mix box (oil ,water, and eggs)
How to make it!
1. Pre heat over according to cake mix, for me it was 350
2. Cut your peaches up, I cut them into small chunks and also semi big chunks. Also cut 2 peaches into small slices.
3. Start on your cake mix, add oil, water and all your eggs. Mix until no lumps.
4. Melt butter and then after melted stir in brown sugar.
5. Make sure you really oil your bundt pan with Pam (easy to take out)
6. Pour brown sugar butter mixture on the bottom.
7. Put your small slices on bottom.
8. I forgot to mix in my diced peaches into the batter, so I layered them (you can do either or!) But pour your mixture in.
9. If you layered them, put diced peaches into batter. Pour more batter on and put final peaches on top.
10. Bake according to the box, there should be a bundt option on the box. I baked mine for a total of 38 minutes.
11. Let cake completely cool with the top just a little warm (you don’t want it to be cooled overnight because it will be hard to turn).
12. Flip it over onto a cake pan and BOOM you got your dessert.
I hope yall try this and love it!! 🥰 👩🍳#dessert #peach #summer #peachdessertrecipe #dessertideas
