Flavor packet of choice
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
1 bottle of water
1 flavor packet
Mix everything together and allow to sit in fridge overnight. You can speed up the process by adding a little bit of hot water to the chia seeds and allow it to sit for a few minutes. Then top off with the remainder of your water.
