Protein Yogurt Bowl and Coffee

Today for breakfast I make myself a protein packed meal.

My yogurt has 28g of protein from a protein Greek yogurt and a protein granola and some added protein from the dry strawberries.

My coffee has about 30g of protein from the protein shake I used as creamer.

All in all that’s a total of 56g of protein!!

And surprisingly in my case only 45g of carbs including the coffee.

I’m having a light dinner due to work tonight so I made sure to have a good breakfast.
