Brown Butter Biscoff Cookies

Mix together

1 1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 granulated sugar

&

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted melted brown butter

-

Add in

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

2 tbsp heavy cream

Once you have everything mixed together

Add in

3 cups AP flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

mix until well incorporated,do not over mix.

Scoop onto cookie tray and bake @350 for 10 minutes

FROSTING

in a bowl mix (using stand mixer or hand mixer)

1/2 cup room temp unsalted butter

1/2 cup biscoff spread

About 3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp milk

Whisk until smooth and creamy
