Easy Homemade Bagel Recipe!🥯

I got this recipe from a post from @Teesha Green !!

Since I didn’t have self rising flour, these are the ingredients I used!

Ingredients:

1 cup of all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 cup of Greek Yogurt

1 egg

Everything bagel seasoning

How I made them:

First I preheated the oven to 350F. I then got a large bowl and mixed together the flour, salt, baking powder, and Greek yogurt.

After making the dough, I put flour on my surface and kneaded out the dough. I cut the dough into 4 parts. I then made each of those 4 parts into our bagel shape.

I moved my dough onto my baking sheet where I then brushed the egg onto the tops of each bagel and then added my everything seasoning.

Lastly, I put the bagels in the oven. A normal time for them to bake should be between 20-30 mins. Mine took about 40 but I was using an older oven, so time could vary.

After they were done I cute them in half, added some cream cheese, and shared with my boyfriend.
