Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/3 cup milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Coating:

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.

In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the mini muffin pan, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

For coating, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Brush the warm donut holes with melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
