Si comme moi vous avez la dent sucrée mais essayez de faire attention à ce que vous mangez vous devez essayer ma nouvelle recette 😍

Elle contient 13g de protéines (encore plus si vous ajouter un scoop de protéine)

C’est le dessert ou snack parfait !

Donne environ 3-4 portions

- 1 pot de fromage cottage

- 50g de chocolat noir fondu

- 1/4 de tasse de poudre de cacao

- 1/4 de tasse de sirop d’érable

- 1/1 cuillère à thé d’extrait de vanille

- Un pincée de sel

1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients au mélangeur jusqu’à obtenir une texture bien lisse et crémeuse. Si la texture est trop épaisse, ajoutez un peu de lait de votre choix et remelanger

2. Mettre dans des petits pots et réfrigérer

3. Garnir de petits fruit au choix et de noix hachés pour un petit croquant
