I was given this piano when I was 8–I’m 34 now
As a child I was classically trained on piano. I took singing/piano lessons and began competitions. I joined theatre and was such an energized, full of life kid.
Somewhere along early adulthood I let it all go. Life got to me. I’m trying to find the joy I once had.
My 2024 goal was to re-learn piano. Some of it came back quickly, but a lot has been challenging. It’s been 10 years since I’ve played a piano.
I was gifted this piano for Christmas in 1998.
I am hoping one day I can have a beautiful upright piano in my home and expand this skill again.
