・ Kiriboshi daikon... 10g
・ Tofu: 1 / 2
・ Aburaage: 1 piece

▲ Water: 400 ml
▲ Hondashi... 1 bag
▲ Miso... tablespoon 2
[How to make]
① Soak dried daikon in water and leave for 20 minutes
② Bring the water with the soup stock to a boil
③ Add all the ingredients and bring to a boil
④ Turn off the heat and melt the miso
⑤ Warm on low heat for 2 minutes
⑥ Complete with green onions and shichimi if you like!
