recipe:

roast sweet potato at 365 for around an hour

in a pot on medium high mix frozen blueberries, lemon juice, 1 tsp of brown sugar.. cook until boiling then cool

top however you like!

this time I did a drizzle of coconut milk and used a crushed up lemon poppyseed donut from Whole Foods
