... Read moreI've recently started the #2026nailreset challenge, and it's been a game-changer for my nail health. One tip I can share is to keep your nails hydrated regularly with cuticle oil; it really helps prevent peeling and cracking during the reset process. Also, avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive water exposure, as this can weaken nails. When doing a nail reset, filing your nails gently in one direction rather than a back-and-forth motion prevents splits. I also found that incorporating a strength-building base coat before applying polish gives nails an extra layer of protection. Participating in the #lemon8challenge has motivated me to experiment with different styles while focusing on nail health. Connecting with the Lemon8 Beauty community provides countless inspiration and advice, making the nail care journey more engaging and rewarding. Overall, consistent care combined with creative expression leads to healthier and more beautiful nails over time.
