Have you ever thought about what "longevity" means?

Some people think just not sick.

Some people think that living up to a hundred years is successful.

But if you talk to someone over the age of 90 who still smiles every day,

You know, "Longevity," it's not a matter of time.

But it's "the quality of every second we're still breathing."

I remember being a practicing doctor in the operating room.

A patient said to me,

"Doctor, I don't want to stay long...

Want to live without suffering is enough "

That sentence was always in my heart.

It made me question the whole new word "health."

And one day, I realized

Longevity doesn't mean staying as long as possible.

But it's "living the best every day."

In medical texts, we talk about disease, degeneration and treatment.

But in real life, I saw another thing.

I saw people who took all the pills, but their hearts were empty.

And see people who are chronically ill but still smile every day.

That's why I understand Longevity is not a drug thing.

But it's a matter of "how we live."

The word Longevity comes from the Latin root longus (long) + aevum (life).

But in the modern world, it has become the science of understanding life.

From the cellular level to the mental level.

In my corner.

Longevity is to make "every system in the body."

And "every dimension of the mind" walks at the same pace.

Don't rush. Don't be extreme.

But do it with understanding and respect for their own nature.
