🍪 Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

* 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
* 1 cup brown sugar
* ½ cup granulated sugar
* 2 large eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1½ cups all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
* ½ tsp salt
* 3 cups old-fashioned oats
* 1½ cups raisins

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream together butter and both sugars until fluffy.
