I’m struggle with bloating 🥹
I have recently been experiencing sharp stomach pain and bloating throughout the day, and I am struggling to identify the root cause. While I suspect that it may be related to my new nutrition and regimen, which I have adopted due to changes in my work schedule, pinpointing the specific foods that are triggering these symptoms has proven to be a challenge.
Do you also get bloated during the day when at work? If so, what exactly makes you bloat? And most importantly, how do you deal with it on daily basis?
