Parmesan and Green Onions Madeleines

You will need the following ingredients:

- 3/4 cup (90 g) whole wheat flour

- 1 tsp paprika

- Salt

- Pepper

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 3 eggs

- 2 tbsp maple syrup

- 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain Greek yogurt

- 1/2 cup (57 g) mozzarella cheese

- 2 green onions

Steps:

- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

- In a bowl, combine the flour, paprika, salt, pepper, and baking powder.

- In another bowl, combine the eggs, maple syrup, yogurt, mozzarella cheese, and scallions.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix. - Pour into greased or non-stick madeleine molds.

- Bake for 15 minutes.

- Enjoy and subscribe.

- Ajouter graduellement les ingrédients secs et mélanger.

- Verser dans des moules à madeleine graisser ou bien antiadhésive.

- Cuire 15 minutes.

- Savourez et abonnez-vous.
