eating in a calorie deficit does not have to be boring or repetitive!! i love trying new things everyday. some tips that help me the most

- cooking at home ALWAYS seems to be much lower calories & better macros than eating out. its so fun to cook and learn a new skill, especially with friends, families and your partner. i highly recommend trying it out!

- TONS of water, this is vital for regulating your appetite & so healthy for you in so many ways

- eating dinner early in the night, i try to eat by 6 or 7 at the LATEST, so i have time to digest & process all my food before sleeping. this has made a huge difference for me

- i highly recommend the app @Litely , it was truly life changing for my weightloss. it helped me stop the late night snacking & binges, i can track my weight, calorie intake, and fasts. its an all in one tool ๐Ÿคญ

- caffeineโ€ฆ honestly a life savor while being in a cal deficit

- low impact exercise!! it does not increase my appetite and is soo amazing for lowering cortisol levels.
