Bang Bang Turkey Meatballs

My air fryer bang bang chicken recipe has over 56 million views, over all my social media platforms with thousands of remakes and re-shares. I took that delicious bang bang sauce and used it to coat these delicious oven baked turkey meatballs, which turned out amazing. I served them with some white rice and a side of veggies.

—Meatball Ingredients—

2 pounds ground turkey

1 cup of Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1 small onion diced

3 cloves minced garlic

1 egg

1/3 cup milk

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

1/4 cup parsley chopped

Cooking spray

——Bang Bang Sauce——

1.5 cups mayonnaise

1 cup sweet chili sauce

5 tablespoons Sriracha(or less add to preference)

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients for the meatballs. Mix until all incorporated, but do not over mix or you will have tough meatballs.

3. Then form the mixture into balls approximately 1 inch round. I did use some oil on my hands to prevent sticking.

4. Place the meatballs in a tray lined with parchment paper. Spray them with cooking spray.

5. Bake for 15 minutes and broil for 2 minutes or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

6. Make the bang bang sauce by combining all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

7. Once the meatballs come out of the oven place them all in the bang bang sauce. Toss until all the meatballs are coated in that delicious sauce.

Greek Turkey Meatballs 1 lb ground turkey 1 egg 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup diced red onion 5 minced garlic cloves 3 tbsp fresh parsley 2 tbsp dill 1/2 tsp dried oregano 4 oz feta 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper optional Salt/pepper Mix together all of the ingredients and roll out
