My Go-To Creamy Vanilla Banana Peanut Butter Protein Shake Recipe: 1 medium banana (I always use frozen for that extra creamy texture!) 1 bottle Koia Vanilla Bean Plant-Based Shake (This is my secret weapon for amazing flavor and a great plant-based protein boost!) 3 tbsp Pb protein (or regular creamy peanut butter for a richer taste and more calories) A few ice cubes (optional, if your banana isn't frozen) Splash of plant-based milk if needed for consistency (almond, oat, or soy work great!)
