Mom bod of 3: After gaining over 90lbs x 3

#fitgirl #lemon8challenge #bodypositivity #fitnesstips #momsthatworkout

I am a mom of three beautiful kids, a wife, and a nurse.

My love for fitness transpired after gaining 102 pounds in my first pregnancy when I was only 19. I was crushed, I felt like my body was ruined. I started researching and experimenting with different diets and workouts to reshape my body. I have learned that consistency (yes, we all have challenges, but as long as we keep going), keeping in mind your why, and having a plan, will help you achieve your fitness goals. I also wanted to help and motivate women, especially moms, to know that YOU CAN DO IT!

I have to learn to love my body at every stage in my life!

My go-to lunch and dinner is Shrimp and Broccoli because it easy and quick!

It's important to recognize that each journey is unique and that self-love should be a priority at every stage. To effectively manage weight post-pregnancy, consider incorporating a balanced diet and regular exercise into your routine. Nutrient-rich meals like shrimp and broccoli not only promote health but also provide energy for busy moms. Yoga and strength training can be excellent ways to rebuild strength and maintain flexibility. Engaging with online communities can provide support and encouragement. Finding a workout buddy or joining local mom groups can also help maintain motivation. Understanding that consistency is key sets realistic expectations for any weight loss journey. It's crucial to have patience and celebrate small victories along the way. Remember, the focus should be on overall well-being rather than just numbers on a scale. This mindset can significantly shift the approach to fitness and health and create a positive environment for you and your family.
