One lbs away from Onder-land!

... Read moreHitting a major weight loss milestone like 'Onederland' feels absolutely surreal! For those who might not know, Onederland is when you finally weigh under 200 pounds – seeing that '1' at the beginning of your weight is a huge mental and emotional victory. My journey has been a long one, starting at 355 lbs, and now, being just one pound away from hitting the 100s, I can hardly believe it. It truly is a cause for celebration! Looking back at my before and after photos, the changes are incredible. I often share my face before and after weight loss comparisons, and it's amazing to see the difference. My face used to be so much fuller, and now I have a much slimmer face with a clearly defined jawline. There’s even a picture where an arrow points right to it – 'Check out the Jawline!' It’s not just about the numbers on the scale; it's about seeing those small, yet significant, changes in the mirror every day. My full-body mirror selfie comparison photos also tell a powerful story. Going from a red sweater at 355 lbs to a red bikini at 204 lbs – that’s a transformation I’m incredibly proud of. Even the side-angle comparison shows how much my body has changed, from outdoor gear at my starting weight to feeling confident in a bikini. These visuals aren't just for me; they're a way to track progress and stay motivated, especially on days when I don't quite 'see' the change myself. Reaching this point feels like unlocking a new level in a game. I remember seeing others celebrate their Onederland weight loss and thinking about how far away that felt. But with consistent effort and changes, including incorporating things like a GLP-1 regimen, it became a reality. It's not always easy, and there are ups and downs, but the feeling of getting closer to that goal weight (my goal is 150-160 lbs) is an incredible motivator. If you're on your own weight loss journey, remember to celebrate every single win, no matter how small. Whether it's fitting into an old pair of jeans or seeing a new number on the scale, these moments fuel your motivation. And for those who love a good Onederland weight loss meme, I totally get the humor and camaraderie that comes with reaching such a relatable milestone. It’s a shared experience, and feeling like you're part of a community makes the journey even more rewarding. Keep going, because every pound lost is a step closer to your own 'Onederland'!
