Chia Pudding | Overnight Recipe👇

Did you know that chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber, which helps with both appetite and cholesterol and makes it a great source to promote heart and gastrointestinal health? Well, making this health-conscious recipe is quite literally as easy as 1, 2, 3.....

Chia Pudding

1. Measure out 1/2 cup of any milk and pour into a bowl that has at least 1 cup capacity.

2. Add 2 tbsp of chia seed to milk and stir well.

3. Add 1 tsbp of desired sweetner and stir well.

**I recommend a liquid sweetner like agave, honey, or maple syrup for better blendability

4. Let pudding mixture set at least 2 hours or overnight before consuming.

📒Notes: Be as creative as you'd like with this recipe! I like to top mine with fruit, but anything will do. Make it yours! I've even tried mixing oats and protein powder in before. Just mix well and try to stick as close to the 1/4 cup milk to 1 tbsp chia seed recipe as possible for best texture.
