Making Progress, One Step at a Time 💛✨

Did better than yesterday but still didn’t quite hit every challenge. Skipped my workout today, but I’m giving myself grace—my day was filled with taking care of my babies and celebrating a family member’s birthday. Life happens, and I’m learning to be kind to myself.

Here’s my water setup to make sure I hit all 8 cups 💦, and a little treat from dinner tonight—this delicious crab cake! 🦀🤤

On to another day of consistency and balance! 🏆💫
