Cinnamon protein shake (Kid friendly or regular)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of milk of choice
- 1 banana
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 150 grams of yogurt (kid friendly) or 1 scoop of protein powder (regular)
- 1 tbsp of nut butter or nut free butter of choice
Directions:
1.) add milk of choice in the blender
2.) add the remaining ingredients
3.) blend until smooth
