Everything and Cinnamon Protein Bagels

I made two different batches: first is regular bagel with everything topping, second is cinnamon babel topped with monk fruit sweetener and cinnamon.

pre heat your oven to 375

1 Cup greek protein yogurt

2 cups all purpose flour

baking soda

salt

egg wash

everything bagel seasoning

-mix together the yogurt dry ingredients, you can also use self rising flour and then you don’t have to worry about the baking soda and salt. (WHICH I EYEBALL ANYWAY)

-mix until you your dough is comes together, add flour or yogurt until you get a doughy consistency.

-kneed out on a floured surface, create a log shape and cut into pieces (I CAN GET 6 OUT OF THIS RECIPE), depending on how big you cut you can get 4-8, if you big or small ones!

-take your pieces and roll out to a log and connect the ends to make a circle, even it out and lay it on your baking sheet.

-take your egg wash and lather it over the top and sprinkle on your toppings

-pop it in your oven, 25-30 minutes (I USED A TOOTHPICK TO MAKE SURE IT WAS GOOD)

Cinnamon Bagels

SAME AS THE RECIPE ABOVE WITH THE ADDITION OF:

Cinnamon

Nutmeg

Cloves

Ginger

2 teaspoons of monk fruit sweetener (TOTALLY OPTIONAL)

Mix and kneed, cut and roll the same as above.

After the egg wash I sprinkled more cinnamon and monk fruit sweetener.
