Parmesan Crusted Dinner

preheat your oven to 400 degrees

I used three separate pans and foil

Ingredient List of what I used.

Chicken

• Chicken breast

• Salt

• Black pepper

• Garlic powder

• Italian breadcrumbs

• Italian seasoning

• Marjoram

• Cajun seasoning

• Fresh grated Parmesan

Sweet Potatoes

• Sweet potatoes

• Avocado oil

• Nutmeg

• Cinnamon

• Sage

• Cloves

• Brown sugar

Green Beans

• Fresh green beans

• Avocado oil

• Salt

• Black pepper

• Garlic powder

• Fresh garlic (about 3 cloves, crushed)

• Fresh grated Parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS:

Chicken-

bread crumb mix: Italian breadcrumbs, seasoned with Italian seasoning, marjoram, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, fresh grated Parmesan. Seasoned chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder before coating chicken with breadcrumb mix. once the chicken was coated, I covered the tops of the chicken with fresh grated Parmesan.

Sweet potatoes:

-cut into cubes

-coat an avocado oil

-season with: nutmeg, cinnamon, sage,cloves and brown sugar.

halfway through cooking, I will stir/toss sweet potatoes so they are cooking on all sides.

Green beans:

-coat with avocado oil

-season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, lightly toss, add about three cloves of fresh garlic crushed or a splash of water. once the green beans are almost cooked all the way through to the texture that I prefer I will toss in fresh grated Parmesan and give it a toss.
