MEAL PREP WITH ME: BREAKFAST & LUNCH
I made breakfast AND lunch on Sunday to get me ready for the week 🌷 I’ll be set until Wednesday and here’s what I made 🥙
Breakfast details:
4 fried eggs
2 two sausage patties
4 strips of bacon
Pancake on the go
(not shown) two bagels / or toast
Add together and either toast bread and make a sandwich or add pancakes/waffles for a more filling breakfast.
Lunch details:
Rice a roni
Air fried chicken legs
Asparagus (from my mom’s garden!)
Rice + protein + vegetable = can never go wrong
I try to help out my future self on Sundays. This helps take the stress of cooking throughout the week ༘˚⋆𐙚。⋆𖦹.✧˚
