I’m actually so excited for this coffee because as a newbie gym girl I neeeeeed more protein in my diet if I ever want gains.
this high protein coffee has 20 GRAMS of protein, what’s even better is they sent a whole bunch of flavors for me to try! I think I’m most excited for the caramel iced coffee. I also love the sweet little note they sent with it, makes it so much more personable.
