The new outlet offers an elegant dining setting while staying true to the rich flavours and traditions of Southern Fujian cuisine.

When exploring LINKUS's Takashimaya outlet, I found that each dish captures the essence of Minnan cuisine beautifully. The Red Mushroom & Crab Stir-Fried Hutou Rice Noodle is definitely a standout, with its wok-fried texture and seafood goodness. But don't overlook the Stewed Local Chicken Soup infused with Ficus Hirta and Poria Cocos—a traditional double-boiled soup that warms both body and spirit. The OCR text highlighted its use of herbal ingredients like five-finger fig root and red dates, revealing the care in their recipe. For spice lovers, the Hand-Hooked Squid Tubes in Chili Oil deliver a perfect balance of heat and fresh seafood texture. I loved pairing this with the Xiamen Classic Satay Hot Pot, dipping crispy Youtiao sticks into the rich, nutty shacha broth. During the grand opening, the 1-for-1 deals and complimentary Fortune Sea Cucumber Soup made my visit even better. If you enjoy authentic Minnan flavors in a chic setting, LINKUS at Orchard Road should definitely be on your list. It’s a fantastic alternative to traditional Chinese dining in Singapore.
