Blood sugar balance for healthy hormones ✨

I do this bc I am sensitive to blood sugar fluctuations!!

I was feeling a lot of crashes and spikes through out the day especially in the morning so I made this change to reduce the blood sugar spike from eating carbs.

I try to do this as often as I can but not 100% of the time. If I know I’m going to be eating a carb heavy meal I’ll take an apple cider vinegar shot before eating to reduce blood sugar spike thanks to the acetic acid.
