Doctors don’t tell you this about PCOS
Getting diagnosed with PCOS was the best thing that happened to me bc it explained SO much about why I didn’t feel good!!
It was overwhelming at first, but once I quickly locked in with diet, my symptoms dramatically changed.
Diet is key to PCOS because of blood sugar balance & inflammation. Doctors never mention this unfortunately!!

I agree. I have pcos and i have been through the same. I try to stay away from wheat and sugar specially.
