I recently tried making Spinach Garlic Penne, and it quickly became one of my favorite quick meals. The key is blending fresh spinach and garlic into a smooth sauce with just a touch of water, which retains the vibrant green color and fresh flavor. Adding red pepper flakes gives a gentle heat that balances the creaminess of the cheese. To save time, I recommend boiling your penne while preparing the sauce. This multitasking cuts down total prep to about 15 minutes. Using cheese slices on top allows them to melt perfectly over the hot pasta, creating that luscious and comforting texture everyone loves. Finish with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan for sharpness and an herby note from oregano. This dish is not only flavorful but also nutrient-rich thanks to spinach’s vitamins and minerals. It’s a home-cooked meal that feels indulgent yet remains healthy. I also love how versatile it is—you can boost it with grilled chicken or mushrooms for extra protein and texture. If you’re a fan of quick, easy recipes that don’t compromise on taste or nutrition, this spinach garlic penne is definitely worth a spot in your weekly rotation. Plus, it’s green pasta with a fresh twist, perfect for those looking to eat more veggies without fuss.
