Training Tips🏋🏾‍♀️✨

A few years ago I wasn’t sure of how to grow my glutes to their full potential but I have figured out the best exercises that works for me! 🎊 Down Below is one of my current Leg Day routines that helped me grow my glutes! 👟

✨Bulgarian Split Squats: 3 Sets

First set: Warmup get used to the movement light weight 10 reps

✨Second set: Working set put a moderate weight but not overly challenging for 8 reps

Last set: Pushing yourself a little with the weight doesn’t have to be a new PR but you’re gonna struggle strive for 6 reps

✨Hip Thrust: 3x10

You’ll want to do 3 sets of 10 reps

Within those sets you’ll be doing 5 regular hip thrust, 5 pulses, 5 regular hip thrusts to really get your glutes activated

And so you really feel the burn finish with a 5-10 second hold at the top position of the movement

✨RDL: 3x10

You’ll be doing 3 sets of 10 reps

Just like in bulgarians you will be starting with a warmup set, follow with a working, and end with a push

Remember every lift might not be perfect but moving your body is worth it. Push yourself always.
