You don’t need to eat meal prep every day…
These are what I call “oh fuck!” meals. For times when you’re hungry, tired, and don’t feel like cooking.
This is not an every day thing. If you find yourself leaning into this more than a couple times a week, you have a big systems problem. But we are all human, and if heating up something that compliments your macros means you can stay on track and avoid destroying your macros for the day, cool.
