I can’t do this rn
@Kane Britanico
I completely understand the feeling of being too shy to take pictures in public. It can be really awkward to pose when you feel like people are watching or judging you. I used to avoid taking photos outside altogether because of this discomfort. However, I found that small steps helped me manage the shyness over time. One approach is to practice taking selfies privately first to feel more comfortable with how you look on camera. Another helpful tip is having a close friend with you; it feels less intimidating when you’re just capturing moments together rather than for a whole audience. Sometimes, I like to take candid shots where I'm not focusing on the camera but enjoying the moment instead. Also, reminding myself that most people are busy with their own lives helps reduce the fear of being scrutinized. Public spaces are full of all kinds of people with varying attention spans, so chances are no one is paying as much attention as your anxious mind imagines. Over time, these small mindset shifts and practice made a big difference in my confidence to take pictures openly. If you’re someone who is shy about photos in public, know that you are definitely not alone. It’s normal to feel this way, and it’s okay to take your time easing into it. Whether you want to document your adventures or simply feel freer in front of the camera, embracing your feelings and gradually stepping outside your comfort zone can turn those shy moments into great memories captured beautifully.
