Occasion & Servings: 10 or more

Ingredient 1 & Portion: yellow potatoes, chicken broth. Dice about 7 potatoes(yellow potatoes are small but u can add how much u think you’ll eat) and put it in the crockpot with chicken broth until potatoes are covered with the chicken broth. I put pepper, bay leaves, salt, and a little Italian seasoning into it but u can add what u like. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.

Ingredient 2 & Portion: sausage,bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheese, heavy whipping cream.

Once the potatoes are soft take a whisk and mash them up really good. This should make it look like it’s mashed potatoes. Cut sausage into dices and add to the soup. Add bacon bits or cut bacon into small pieces. Cut up one block of cream cheese small so it can melt faster and add. Cook for about 15 mins stirring occasionally to make sure the cream cheese is melted and mixed in.

Add heavy whipping cream. Not too much. About one cup or a half cup depending on how creamy or non creamy u want it. Stir really well and let cook for about 30 minutes.

Detailed Steps: when it’s done cooking add desired amount of shredded cheese and seasoning of your choice.
