1️⃣ Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
2️⃣ Place a single layer of peanut butter cookies on the bottom.
3️⃣ In a bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
4️⃣ In a separate chilled bowl, whip heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
