The best & simplest protein brownies you can ever make 🫶
- 1 cup sweet potatoes
(boiled and mashed)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
(I also used truvia sweet complete brown sweetener just add more)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of vanilla/chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond or peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 tablespoons of milk (any kind) this is if your batter is to watery if not no need to add
- Optional: dark chocolate chips
(highly recommend)
Preheat oven to 350
8x4 or 4x4 pan add parchment paper
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Let sit for 30 min.
