From 306lbs to 249lbs in just 6 months—and I’m only just getting started. 🙌🏾

This journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth every step—literally. Between walking 3 miles a day and staying consistent with my Mounjaro routine, I’ve seen my body, my energy, and my mindset transform in ways I never thought possible. 💪🏾

Now I’m entering a new phase: weight lifting and waist training, and I’m beyond excited to see where I’ll be 6 months from now—especially by Christmas and my birthday next year. The glow-up is glowing, but more than anything, I feel stronger, more focused, and more in alignment with the life I’m creating for myself. 💖

It wasn't just about the scale, though; I felt a boost in energy and clarity that I hadn't experienced in years.
