• ½ tsp paprika (optional)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 4 tbsp butter

5. Finish
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
As someone who loves quick and satisfying meals, I found that pairing garlic butter steak bites with creamy Alfredo noodles is a winning combo that impresses every time. When making the steak bites, I always make sure to pat the meat dry before seasoning, as this helps achieve a perfect sear and seals in the juices. Using a mix of sirloin and ribeye works well for a balance of tenderness and flavor. For the garlic butter, the key is to not burn the minced garlic; cooking it just until fragrant adds a wonderful aroma and taste to the steak bites. The butter sauce coats the steak nicely, adding a rich depth that complements the pepper and paprika seasoning. Adding fresh parsley at the end not only brightens the dish visually but also adds a fresh herbal note that balances the richness. To complement the steak bites, I prepare my Alfredo noodles by simmering fettuccine pasta until al dente, then tossing it in a creamy sauce made with heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and a touch of nutmeg for warmth. The creamy texture of the noodles pairs beautifully with the savory, buttery steak bites. This meal comes together quickly, making it perfect for weeknights when you want something delicious but without fuss. Plus, the versatility allows you to swap steak cuts or adjust seasoning to suit your preferences. For extra flavor, some like to add a splash of white wine or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter sauce, giving the dish a delightful twist. Overall, this combination is a crowd-pleaser and perfect for anyone looking to elevate a simple steak dinner with homemade Alfredo noodles.
