10 mins Creamy Gochujang Udon🔥

One of my favorite udon recipes!!! It’s spicy, creamy, and so delicious!!🔥🥛😋

✎Ingredients:

*2 packs of udon

*3-5 slices of bacon (cut to pieces)

*1 small onion (sliced or diced)

*5 gloves garlic (diced)

*1 spoonful of gochujang

*1 cup half & half or whole milk

*1 spoon light soy sauce

*1/2 spoon brown sugar

*green onions as garnish

Directions:

1. Cook your bacon until desired crispiness

2. Add in your onion and garlic and sauté for 3 mins

3. Add in half & half

4. Add in seasonings listed above

5. Let it come to a boil and add in your cooked udon

6. Cook until it thickens

You can also add an egg on top!🥓🍳 and if you have kimchi, you can add that when you add in your onions!!
