Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes) 🥩
1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined) 🍤
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup onion (chopped) 🧅
½ cup green bell pepper (chopped) 🫑
2 garlic cloves (minced) 🧄
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning 🌶️ (adjust to taste)
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
¼ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) 🌿
Salt & black pepper, to taste 🧂

Instructions:
1. Sear the Steak: Season steak with salt, pepper & Cajun seasoning. Sear in hot skillet with olive oil until browned (2–3 min per side). Remove & set aside.
2. Cook Veggies: In same skillet, sauté onion & bell pepper (5 min). Add garlic & cook 1 min.
3. Shrimp Time: Add shrimp + Cajun seasoning. Cook until pink (3–5 min).
4. Creamy Sauce: Stir in heavy cream & chicken broth. Simmer until slightly thickened (2–3 min).
5. Combine: Return steak to skillet, stir to coat in sauce. Heat through, then add parsley.
6. Serve: Plate over rice or mashed potatoes. Creamy, spicy, and full of flavor!
